ARRESTDetails MapOn June 27, 2024, Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to Poe Voll Ct. for a report of a theft. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the victim who advised that cash was stolen from their purse and that their debit card was used at three different ATMs on three different occasions. Through further investigation, Officers were able to prove that 29 year old Teri Baxter of Stroudsburg, PA, was the one who both stole the cash and used the debit card. Baxter was charged with Access Device Fraud, Theft by Unlawful Taking, and Receiving Stolen Property.
