In January 2023, Jackson Township updated its short-term rental rules and excluded the Residential and Industrial zoning areas from being eligible for new STR licenses. Short-term rentals are allowed in the Recreation/Commercial District, Commercial District Conservation District and Village Districts of Jackson Township.
