BRODHEADSVILLE, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Nearly a dozen residents in the Poconos gathered in court to make a plea for justice. They all testified about a pack of dangerous dogs terrorizing their community.

Even though Mary Jo Dredger was a no-show, her preliminary hearing still went on.

Pocono Arts Council’s ‘For the Arts’ fundraiser has become a tradition for many of our members and community friends. This year, we held an online auction and concluded with a Sunday brunch at Stroudsmoor on May 19th.

In attendance were many familiar faces as well as new members and friends eager to be part of our artful community. All enjoyed swapping stories and catching up with one another. A number of past board members along with our previous Executive Director, Sue Randall, joined in the celebration and shared memories of prior events.
