Annual Clambake and Halloween Themed Party
1. Held at Chris Cykosky's house at Robinson Road, Greentown.
2. The evening is reserved for members and their guest (s) who may be interested in joining Rotary. We encourage all members to bring a guest in support of Rotary's membership drive.
3. Halloween themed dress is preferred
4. Kick off is at 4PM - there will be several fun games during the evening.
5. Food and sodas, water will be provided
6. Alcoholic beverages are BYOB
7. There will be a spectacular firework display at around 7.30PM
8. Prizes for the best costumes will be given.
The Committee has been working very hard to make this a special occasion and we hope everyone will turn out to support it. If anyone has questions please let one of the Committee know....Chris, Danielle, Diana, Annie, Fiona or Alan.
