The CTHA will have a guided tour of the Old Mill in Sciota that was originally a log structure built by Jacob Brinker in 1730.
The mill served as a storehouse for Gen. John Sullivan's march through Pennsylvania. Following the Sullivan Expedition, the mill operations resumed. The mill has an overshot wheel which was used to grind corn to make various types of flour and feed.
The tour will also include the Fenner/Snyder/Robacker estate, an 1805 stone home, across the street from the mill.
