EAST STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A local nonprofit is stepping up to help families in the Caribbean Islands left in the path of destruction by Hurricane Beryl. A list of names with check marks next to them represents families supported by the Just Care Back non-profit in Stroudsburg. Chantal Fulgencio, chief operating officer/co-founder, of Just Care Back, said “We are responding with an emergency relief for the victims of Hurricane Beryl.” Mural project changing directions in Electric City The organization has worked with these families, schools, and children's shelters in Grenada and Carriacou by providing first aid and school supplies. But now they’re helping them through destruction.
