PUBLIC NOTICE The Monroe County Commissioners requests proposals to hire a consultant to create the first county-wide reentry strategic plan. The plan will assess reentry service providers, identify gaps, and develop reentry wrap-around service support strategies. The consultant will oversee the progress of the program goals, objectives, and activities for the Monroe County FY24 Reentry Strategic Plan Grant awarded by the PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency. Electronic Submissions: Submit a proposal to Kwanza Smith, Grants Manager, via email to ksmith@monroecountypa.gov with the subject line Smart Reentry Consultant no later than 3:30 p.m. EST on or before Wednesday, October 16, 2024, to be considered. All files should be submitted as a PDF. Applications will only be accepted if an individual submits a proposal by the deadline with no exceptions.
