PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Matamoras Borough Council will conduct a Public Hearing, and thereafter may vote upon and potentially enact an Ordinance amending Chapter 124 of the Borough Code, regulating Zoning. If enacted, the Ordinance will amend the current Schedule of Uses to change the classification of “retail businesses” in the C-2 (General Commercial) Zone from its current designation as a Principal Permitted Use to its proposed designation as a Conditional Use. The proposed Ordinance is available for inspection at the Matamoras Borough Office, 10 Avenue I, Matamoras. The Hearing shall take place on October 8, 2024 7:00 p.m. at the Matamoras Borough Hall, 10 Avenue I, Matamoras, Pennsylvania. Eric Kudrich, Council President Jason R.
