NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE that the Stroud Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 9, 2024, beginning at 3:00 P.M., at the Stroud Township Municipal Center, 1211 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Sherry Welcome’s application for a waiver from the stream buffer regulations found at § 23-303 of the Stroud Township Stormwater Ordinance. The application relates to the 1.02 acre property owned by Sherry and Ernest Welcome, which is located at 7180 Hickory Lane, in Stroud Township, Monroe County, PA. The property is further identified as Parcel # 17.11B.2.11 and Map # 17-6390-03-31-0032.
