PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV-EN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Smithfield Township has scheduled a Public Hearing at the Smithfield Township Municipal Building, 1155 Red Fox Road, East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18301 on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. for consideration of the following, to wit: A hearing on the application of 2080 Milford LLC for a variance from Section 27-511.16A of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a Gambling Establishment within 1,000 feet of a residential zoning district boundary line on its property located at 2080 Milford Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 (PIN 16731203343501). The property is owned by 2080 Milford LLC and is located in the ED Economic Development Dis-trict of the Township. A copy of the application may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the actual cost of reproduction thereof at the Smithfield Township Municipal Building, East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, during regular business hours.
