INVITATION FOR BIDS The Hemlock Farms Community Association will receive sealed bids until they are publicly opened and read aloud on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at the Public Works Building located at 235 Maple Ridge Drive, Lords Valley, PA 18428 for the following 2024 Projects. Clubhouse Deck Renovation*Bids will be received until 10:00 AM on May 21, 2024 Furnish labor, material, and equipment to remove and replace existing 2 X 6 and 5/4 X 6 decking, railing systems, lattice and any rotted deck joists on existing 75' X 25' lower deck and 55' X 20' upper deck (approximately 2,915 SF of decking). Chassis Retrofits*Bids will be received until 10:30 AM on May 21, 2024 Chassis prep and installation of new equipment on a 2013 International 7400 Dump Body, a 2015 Ford F550 Dump Body and 2016 Ford F-350 Utility Body Complete sets of bidding documents for the above projects will be sent electronically.
