Applicant proposes to replace an existing non-conforming ground sign with a structure of identical dimension except the proposed ratio of sign structure area to actual sign lettering area is 3.84 which exceeds the existing sign’s 3-1 ratio. The Ordinance maximum ratio is 1.5. The principal use is Kelly Hyundai of Stroudsburg. McKeown of 256 Brushy Mountain Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. Applicant seeks a dimensional variance from the front yard setback of the R-2 single-family residential district to locate a new dwelling structure 13.8 ft. from the Tanite Road right-of-way.
