Notice West Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania, is accepting bids for Ultra – Thin Bonded Wearing Course, Bituminous Seal Coating, Cold in Place Recycling, and Paving. Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00AM on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read at the West Manchester Township Municipal Building located at 380 East Berlin Road, York County, PA 17408 (717-792-3505). MISCELLANEOUS The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall deliver a performance bond of 10% of the contract. Proposals for all items shall be on forms supplied by the Township. Bidding documents are available to all prospective bidders by email or at the West Manchester Office and may be obtained free of charge, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. All bids must be plainly marked ‘Bids for Road Services’. The West Manchester Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award that is in the best interest of the Township. All bidders must warrant they are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (Public Law 101-336) and will, in carrying out the requirements of any and all awarded contracts with West Manchester Township, comply in all respects with the provisions of the Act and its implementing requirements.
