On March 26th, 2025 at approximately 5:02pm, An officer with The Pocono Township Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for equipment violations. After an investigation and search of the vehicle, 34.9 grams of suspected marijuana was located in a female's backpack on the passenger floor. As a result, Hailey Vertallo a 21-year-old female from Long Pond, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
