On September 12th, 2024 at approximately 1436 hours, officers of the Pocono Township Police Department responded to Splitters, Hatchet & Axe Throwing, in Swiftwater, in regards to a vehicle parked behind the business. Upon arriving on scene officers observed two males sleeping in the vehicle, as well as drug paraphernalia visible in the open. Officer then made contact with the driver and defendant Darius Pulley, of Easton PA, as well as the passenger and co-defendant Carlton Fay, of Doylestown PA. A subsequent investigation followed, and officers discovered several glass pipes used for smoking methamphetamine inside the vehicle.

A DUI investigation followed, and Pulley was then arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Charges for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession drug paraphernalia filed.
