The East Stroudsburg University Foundation announced it has received a $38,300 grant from the Weiler Family Foundation, based in Cresco, Pa. These funds will support the purchase of new medical equipment for the ESU Communication and Sciences Disorders Department.

Seven East Stroudsburg University students, who took Teaching of Communications during the spring 2023 semester after serving as “buddies” to German preservice teaching students who were on ESU’s campus during the fall 2022 semester, participated in a two-and-a-half-week field experience through the University of Landau-Konblenz in Landau in der Pfalz, Germany.
Sat, May 20, 1-4pm. Stop by the Weiler Family Community Room for an opportunity to chat with several local authors in an informal setting! These talented writers will be available all afternoon to discuss their books and answer your questions. Most will have copies of their books for sale. The Monroe County Board of Commissioners will hold a public auction on Friday, May 21, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. at Auto in Motion, 1142 Route 390, Cresco, PA for the purpose of selling county-owned and confiscated vehicles.
The vehicles will be available for public inspection on that same date from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. at Auto in Motion, located on Route 390 near the intersection with Golf Drive in Barrett Township. All vehicles will be auctioned in “as is” condition with no guarantee as to condition.
