PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of Coolbaugh Township will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal building located at 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, Coolbaugh Township, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an appeal from a determination of the Zoning Office. The determination being appealed is the written agreement by the Zoning Office with a comment made by the Township Engineer in a review letter of a proposed Land Development Plan involving the grading of the land surface of the subject property. The application was filed by Landston Equities LLC, the equitable owner of the property. The Tax Map # of the subject property is 03634700324920, and Tax ID # is 03.13.1.3. The property is located in the Industrial Zoning District.
