The answer is simple - it's FUN!
Zumba is a dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic types of music. Chair Zumba is a modified version designed for those who are more comfortable working out in a seated position. It's a little less intense, but you still get the same benefits of Zumba in a high-toned upper body workout while dancing in your seat. The design of the class uses easy to follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination while conditioning the cardiovascular and muscular systems.
The class is led with a sense of humor and several years of experience by licensed Zumba
instructor and entertainer Danny Grae. He makes the class a fun-filled experience with familiar music choices that take your breath away without you realizing you've been exercising. Each class is filled with laughter, singing, motivation and sweat. You walk in ready to work out and leave energized with a confident smile on your face and a strong feeling of accomplishment.
