Public Hearing for Rapid Logistics, LLC Conditional Use Approval

PUBLIC NOTICE Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the Tunkhannock Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the Tunkhannock Township Municipal Building located at 1557 Long Pond Road, Pennsylvania, on February 19, 2025, beginning at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the application of Rapid Logistics, LLC for conditional use approval pursuant to Section 1208, et al. of the Tunkhannock Township Zoning Ordinance No. 2012-127 to use a portion of the premises. 4236 State Route 115, Blakeslee, PA, approval on their property to rent truck parking spaces on the existing lot. The premises is located in a C-2 General Commercial Zone. A copy of the Conditional Use application is available for inspection at the Tunkhannock Township Municipal Building during regular business hours or a www.longpondpa.com The public and all interested people are invited to attend the public hearing and to present any relevant evidence in connection with the application.
