The Pike County Chamber of Commerce will bring the first Fire & Ice Snowball Gala to Pike County on Saturday, February 1, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.at Skytop Lodge. It is a formal black-tie event. You can enjoy an evening of networking, dinner, dancing and silent auction to support The Davis R. Chant Fund for the Arts at Greater Pike Community Foundation.
The Pike County Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce the inaugural Snowball Gala, a celebration of community and the arts, said Jennifer Passenti, president of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce. This elegant evening at Skytop Lodge will not only bring people together for a night of joy, networking and entertainment but also support the incredible work of The Davis R. Chant Fund for the Arts, ensuring that Pike County's cultural vibrancy continues to thrive for generations to come.
The Davis R. Chant Fund was created to continue the giving legacy of Davis R. Chant and Chant Realtors, which includes support for festivals in Milford including, but not limited to, Black Bear Film Festival, Milford Music Festival, Milford DanceFest, Milford Readers & Writers Festival and Opera! Pike! Park!.
Dinner is included in the $125 price per ticket for the event, and sponsorships are still available. Organizers are requesting donations including gift cards, overnight stays, area services or gift baskets for the silent auction to help support The Davis R. Chant Fund for the Arts. Donations can be dropped off at the Milford Community House.
Organizers extend thanks to event sponsors to date, including the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau, Turano Insurance & Financial and Pike County Light & Power.
