Destruction of Confiscated Firearms The Monroe County Court of Common Pleas entered an Administrative Order on December 26, 2024, regarding the retention and pending destruction of confiscated firearms. Please see the complete Order and list of firearms on the Court's website at www.monroepacourts.us. Any party associated with a firearm seeking to retain same must contact Court Administration by email at jspencer@monroepacourts.us within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication. Upon the expiration of thirty (30) days from publication of this Order and the attached list, and without further order, notice, or publication, the Monroe County Probation Department will destroy all remaining firearms.
