NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Stroudsburg will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, beginning at 4:30 p.m., in the Borough's meeting room at 700 Sarah Street, 2nd Floor, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 to consider the application of Glenroy H. Prince for special exception use approval to operate a church or place of worship in the general commercial (C-1) zoning district. Under § 27-405 and Attachment 1 (Table of Nonresidential Zoning District Use Requirements) of the Borough's Zoning Ordinance, churches and places of worship are permitted in the C-1 district as special exceptions, subject to the general conditions of § 1003. BP Properties, LLC, is the owner of record of the subject property, which is located at 114 N 9th Street, in the Borough of Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, in the Commercial (C-1) zoning district. The property is also identified as Parcel ID No. 18.110197 and Map No. 18-7300-06-48-0959. The complete application is available for inspection (without charge) or copying (for actual copying costs) at the Borough's office at the address listed above on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Anyone may attend the hearing and those who are affected and have legal standing may participate in the proceedings.
