SEALED PROPOSALS WILL BE RECEIVED
by the Lehman Township Board of Supervisors of Pike County, PA, 2nd Class, at the Lehman Township Municipal Building, 193 Municipal Drive, Bushkill, PA until 9:30 a.m., on Monday, December 30, 2024 for the following:
1. 1,000 tons of Anti-Skid AS 2
The amount is an estimate. Bid Bond is not required. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount within twenty (20) days from the date it is awarded.
All material to picked up and/or delivered as needed. Bids will be opened and read approximately 10:00 a.m. on December 30, 2024 at a regular board meeting in the municipal building.
The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
