NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of Chestnuthill Township will conduct Public Hearings at the Chestnuthill Township Municipal Building located at 271 Route 715 - Box 243, Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania 18322, on Monday, December 16,
2024 at 7:00 P.M. for hearing the following:
The Application of ARG Brodheadsville LLC of 10 Melrose Avenue, Suite 450, 4th Floor, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. Applicant seeks a special exception per *119 Attachment 2 to allow a drive thru, a variance to to allow less parking that required and to allow more than 10% of parking between the building and road. Applicant proposes to remove an existing single-family dwelling and develop the site for a Starbucks Coffee drive thru facility. The property is 2504 Chestnut Street, Brodheadsville, PA 18322; Monroe County Parcel ID No. 02624804732176. The property is zoned GC General Commercial.
