Embark on your journey into document creation with 'Google Docs for Beginners.' Google Docs is a free and user-friendly web-based application. Learn how to effortlessly create and edit text documents directly in your web browser, eliminating the need for additional, paid software. Discover the collaborative features that make Google Docs a powerful tool for individuals and teams alike. Whether you're drafting a resume, crafting a report, or collaborating on a project, this class will help you learn the essential skills to start to navigate Google Docs confidently. Participants should know computer basics -- including navigating online, basic typing, and using a mouse - to fully benefit from this course. Registrations required due to limited space. Call 570-421-0800 ext. 317 or stop by the Hughes Library Information Desk on the second floor to register or for more information. Class will take place in the Pullen Room on the second floor of the Hughes Library. Registration opens October 1st.
