STROUD TWP., MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A woman is being charged after police say she chased and threatened a man with a large bladed knife.

On June 6 around 4:50 p.m., offices were called to the area of Park Avenue in Stroud Township for a report of a woman with pink hair and a large knife, chasing and threatening the 911 caller.

Officers were making their way to the scene as the victim said he was still being chased by the woman with a knife. Once on the scene, police said they found the suspect, later identified as Amber Miller, 36, in the woods across the street from the Red Roof Inn.

Through further investigation, officers said they learned the victim was at the intersection of Lenox/Park Avenue, and saw Miller walking with a man while holding a knife and arguing.

The victim then stopped his car on the street while on the phone with 911 to report the incident. Miller then saw the victim watching and ran towards him again threatening him with the knife, police stated.

Miller was arrested and charged with the following;
