ATTEMPT TO LOCATE- OLDER WARRANT

On 7/23/2021 at 8:29 p.m. Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to the Giant supermarket at 300 Lincoln Avenue, East Stroudsburg for a report of a retail theft. Loss prevention reported that a female came into the store and selected multiple cases of Red Bull and soft drinks and placed them in a shopping cart. Once the shopping cart was full, she made her way to the front of the store and attempted to leave without paying for $661.74 worth of merchandise. The shopping cart locking mechanism engaged and the cart was immobile. The female was then accompanied by a male and they both attempted to move the shopping cart without success. Both then left the store and left in a vehicle together. After further investigation and viewing of the store security video, the female was identified as Kerri Nicole Labar and the male as David Keith Rodriguez.

Charges were filed and an arrest warrant was issued for David Keith Rodriguez.
