On September 27, 2024, the Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to Washington Street in East Stroudsburg for a report of a vehicle break-in in progress. Upon arrival the victim related that he found a male in the back of his jeep and when he confronted him, the male attempted to leave on foot. The male was identified as Amir Pagan. Pagan admitted he was in the jeep as well as removing several items that were inside the jeep. Pagan was taken into custody and transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility for processing.

Charges were filed and an arrest warrant was issued for Amir Pagan. Pagan in known to be in the Harrisburg, PA area.
