On Sunday, February 9, 2025, the Stroud Area Regional Police responded to a report of a retail theft at the Acadia Shop on Main Street in Stroudsburg. An employee was reporting that 2 males entered the store and concealed items on their person and in a backpack. Upon arrival of police, both males were located in the alley next to the store and taken into custody. A search incident to arrest revealed that both males had items stolen from the store, and drug paraphernalia. The males were identified as Jasire McZeek and Jason Albino-Febus. McZeek also had a bottle of vodka, and both males had a strong odor of alcohol emitting from their breath. Both males were transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility for processing and released.

Charges were filed and a warrant was issued for Jasire McZeek for summons undeliverable.
