On 9/13/2023 at 2:35 p.m. Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to Kohl's in Stroud Township for a report of a retail theft.  The loss prevention officer recognized a female customer had entered the store from an incident that occurred at the Kohl's in Easton, PA.  The female customer was identified as Ingrid Marks.  Upon entering the store, Marks was carrying a black Adidas bag.  Loss prevention-maintained surveillance via security cameras and observed the customer select two bra's and some men's clothing.  Marks then headed to the fitting room.  Loss prevention previously requested that all items in the fitting rooms be removed prior to Marks going there.  Once Marks was in a fitting room, loss prevention occupied a fitting room next to that one and heard Marks unzip her bag and items being removed from hangers.  The Adidas bag that Marks was using was now larger than it appeared before.  Marks placed the empty hangers in the cart with the Adidas bag on top and then placed other items in the cart under the bag.  Marks then proceeded to the front of the store picked up all of the items from the cart and left the store without paying for $390 worth of merchandise.  Marks was apprehended and escorted to the loss prevention office.

Charges were filed and a warrant was issued for Ingrid H. Marks.
