On 4/29/2024 at 11:43 p.m. Stroud Area Regional Police was dispatched to Broad Street, Stroudsburg for an original report of a 9-1-1 hang-up. Upon arrival the victim had a ripped tank top and multiple visible injuries that she related was by her roommate's boyfriend identified as Kai Lockhart. The victim reported that she returned home to find Lockhart in the residence, and she confronted him about using her debit card to withdrawal money. An argument ensued and she requested Lockhart to leave, and which point the argument became physical. The victim started to move Lockhart's belongings outside the garage at which time he punched her in the face several times, threw her against a car and then threw her to the ground. The victim was able to use her cell phone to call 9-1-1 at which time Lockhart fled the scene.

Charges were filed and an arrest warrant was issued for Kai Tyler Lockhart.
