On 9/13/2020 at 2:17 p.m. Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to the Walmart in East Stroudsburg for a report of retail theft. Upon arrival, loss prevention had in custody Pamela Hall. Hall had concealed items inside of a bag and attempted to leave the store without paying for $121.80 worth of merchandise. Hall was advised that charges would be filed, and she would be receiving the paperwork in the mail. A further check revealed that Hall had been arrested 6 times previously for retail theft raising this offense to a felony. Charges were filed and an arrest warrant for Pamela Hall was issued.
