On January 26th, 2025, at 1556 hours Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department responded to the Pocono Premium Outlets located at 1000 Premium Outlets DR for a reported retail theft. While enroute, Officers were given information on the 2 suspects who had stolen from numerous stores and were loading the merchandise into a red Toyota Camry with a NJ registration. Officers arrived on scene and located the vehicle attempting to leave the parking lot and came in to contact with both occupants of the vehicle. Further investigation showed 2 suspects, one being William Diaz from New Jersey had stolen $3200+ worth of merchandise from multiple stores.

Arrests warrants have been issued for both individuals.
