ATTEMPT TO LOCATE- OLD WARRANT

On 3/26/2022 a traffic stop was conducted at Brown Street and Lincoln Avenue in East Stroudsburg by the Stroud Area Regional Police Department. The officer observed numerous beer bottles in the back of the vehicle. The operator informed the officer that he did not have a driver's license or ID card. During the interaction the officer did detect the odor of alcohol. Field sobriety testing was conducted, and Castro showed indicators of being under the influence at which time Castro was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.

Castro failed to appear for the court hearing, and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
