On November 15, 2024, at approximately 0345 hours, Officers from the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Glade Terrace in the Penn Estates development. Dispatch advised that a male was being disorderly and refusing to give keys back to his mother. The male also reportedly brandished a firearm and threatened to shoot the caller and his mother. Upon arrival, Officers discovered that the defendant in this matter, Cesar A. Cardenas a 24-year-old male from East Stroudsburg, had been involved in a verbal argument with two individuals at the residence. Cardenas possessed two firearms during the argument and pointed one of them at a female victim and threatened to shoot her. Cardenas then fled the scene prior to Officers arrival.

Charges have been filed on Cardenas and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Anyone with information pertaining to the whereabouts of the suspect, Cesar A. Cardenas, is asked to contact the Pocono Township Police Department at (570)629-7200 or submit an anonymous tip below.
