On 12/29/2023 Stroud Area Regional Police Department was dispatch to the Walmart in East Stroudsburg for a report of a retail theft. In the course of the investigation, Tyrone Ancrum concealed $25.92 worth of merchandise and attempted to leave the store without paying for the items.
