"They are the only organization that has a day program for homeless people here in Monroe County and we really feel that this is unfortunately it's a big need in Monroe County and so we wanted to support that need," said CK Philanthropic Education Organization Vice President Christine McDannell.

"We really appreciate the benevolence of our community and some civic organizations that really support the cause that we have in the work that we do and our clients greatly appreciate the supplies that you were able to provide to them because of the generosity," RHD Crossroads Community Center/Street2Feet Director Leslie Perryman explained.

In total, there were 35 boxes of various items, including hygiene products to sleeping bags.

Street2Feet is the only day shelter and outreach program in Monroe County for adults who are homeless or facing homelessness.
