The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application of Edward Gualtieri and Fernando Salas for a special exception to construct a kennel on the property located at 154 Ruby Lane, in Pocono Township, in the Commercial (C) zoning district. Under § 470-20.B(2)(c) and Schedule A, kennels are permitted by special exception in the Commercial district in accordance with the requirements of § 470-37 and § 470-67 of the Zoning Ordinance. Joanna Wardzala owns, and Edward Gualtieri and Fernando Salas are the equitable owners of, the subject property, which is further identified as Monroe County Parcel ID No. 12.9.1.8-7 and Map No. 12-6372-00-21-6913.
