Advertisement for Bids TITUSVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY TITUSVILLE, PA CENTRAL TOWERS INTERIOR RENOVATIONS PROJECT General Notice The Titusville Housing Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Central Towers Interior Renovations Project Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Titusville Housing Authority located at Central Towers, 217 East Central Avenue, Suite 107, Titusville, PA 16354, until Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of common area flooring on the first floor of the Central Towers building. Replacement of apartment doors both interior and unit entry doors. Installation of new heating and cooling system for the administrative area of the building. Project shall include any associated work for a complete project. Bids are requested for the following Contracts: GC-1 General Construction MC-1 Mechanical Construction EC-1 Electrical Construction The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Stiffler McGraw and Associates 115 West Spring Street Titusville, PA 16354 814 775-0309 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a non refundable fee of $53 for each set. Make checks for Bidding Documents payable to Stiffler McGraw and Associates. Electronic documents may be purchased for a discount of 50%. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on compact disk will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. Pre-bid Conference A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Central Towers 217 East Central Avenue, Titusville, PA 16354. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but not required. Instructions to Bidders.
