PUBLIC NOTICE The Harborcreek Township Zoning Hearing Board will assemble on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, 5601 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, PA to consider the appeals of: Appeal No. 2024-9 Arthur E. & Mary Whiteman, owners of the property located at 6432 Lake Forest Dr., Erie PA, County Index No. (27) 19-8-92; requesting to reduce the side yard set back from the required 10 ft. to 8 ft.; reduce the back yard (Bluff) set back from the required 50 ft. to 45 ft. and reduce the front yard set back from the required 35 ft. to 24 ft. 6 in. for the purpose of building a new home.
