INVITATION TO BID TREE REMOVAL BID PROJECT Salem Township will receive sealed bids until Tuesday, December 10th, 2024 at 6:30pm at the Salem Township Municipal building, 15 Twp Bldg. Rd, Hamlin, PA. for Tree Cutting on Chapman Road in Salem Township. Bids shall be opened at a public meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024 at 6:30PM at the Salem Township Municipal Building. Bid - Tree Cutting of marked trees Approximately_250_ on the Chapman road: All Trees to be cut and left for property owners, tops to be chipped and removed, Cut Trees close to ground level, Stumps remain not to be removed. There will be a mandatory pre-bid site visit for bidders on: Wednesday, December 4th, 2024 at 10:00AM at the Salem Township Municipal Building, Hamlin, PA 18427 1) Bonding and Insurance documents must be provided by bidders. 2) Bond requirement will be 5% of the Bid - on each Bid section. 3) Contract will run from award date and must be completed by April 15, 2025.
