Monroe County Control Center Board of Directors REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Sealed proposals will be received, opened and read aloud by the Director of Communications of the Monroe County Control Center at 1PM on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 for the following services/equipment: “Radio Communications Infrastructure Maintenance” All necessary documents and instructions to vendors, may be examined and obtained at the Monroe County Control Center business office during normal business hours (8:00 A. M. to 4:00 P. M.) located on the second floor, Suite 201, of the Monroe County Public Safety Center, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Each proposal, when submitted must be accompanied by a Proposal Bond, Certified Check, or Money Order for ten percent (10%) of the total proposal submitted for consideration. Proposals will be accepted up until 12-noon on November 26, 2024. Proposals will not be accepted after the 12-noon deadline. Once proposals are submitted, they will not be allowed to be withdrawn or changed after the noon deadline. All proposals must be valid for a period of not less than ninety (90) days from the opening of the proposals. The successful vendor will be required to provide the itemized cost of a performance bond as required. It is the intent, if bid documents are in order, that the Monroe County Control Center Board of Directors will make contract awards during a meeting of the Monroe County Control Center Board of Directors, which will be held on December 4, 2024 at the East Stroudsburg Municipal Building, Council Chambers, which is scheduled to begin at 5pm. The Monroe County Control Center reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the proposal and furthermore award the contract in such a manner as may appear to be in the best interest of the Monroe County Control Center. Proposals may be held by the Monroe County Control Center for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of proposals for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating the qualifications of Vendors, prior to awarding the contract.
