Public Notice Pid: 05730008995660 Tax Map NO: 05.92820 Location: Forge Road, vacant land Property Owner: Amerco Real Estate Company Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the code of the Borough of East Stroudsburg, Zoning Chapter 157-20( C) (1)(A)(B)(C)(D)(E) , the East Stroudsburg Borough Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing to consider a Variance Application by Amerco Real Estate Company on October 17, 2024 at 7:00pm, at the East Stroudsburg Borough building located at: 24 Analomink street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. The Applicant is seeking a variance, from Section 157-30 definitions of a wetland which states no structure shall be located within 50ft of any wetland designated area. The variance is to permit grading and a retaining wall withing 50ft of wetland buffer, and stormwater structure. Due to site configuration, the location of Borough sewer lines and easement site cannot be developed without encroachment into the wetland buffer. Copies of the application may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the actual cost of reproduction at the East Stroudsburg code office at 66 Analomink street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
