The Applicant is seeking a variance, from Section 157-30 definitions of a wetland which states no structure shall be located within 50ft of any wetland designated area. The variance is to permit grading and a retaining wall withing 50ft of wetland buffer, and stormwater structure. Due to site configuration, the location of Borough sewer lines and easement site cannot be developed without encroachment into the wetland buffer.
