Sealed bids for the following services listed below will be received by the Secretary of the Board of Directors; Saw Creek Estates Community Association, Inc. at the MemberServices Building, 5728 Decker Road, Bushkill, PA 18324, until 2:00 P.M. on September 23, 2024. Services Descriptions: General Legal Counsel for Large Scale HOAAuditing, Tax Filing, and Compliance for Large Scale HOA Bidders are required to examine the scope of services in the request for proposals. Work must comply with all applicable codes and standards. Each service is a separate bid.
