CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP Invitation to Bid Chestnuthill Township will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase of real property lo-cated in Chestnuthill Township at: Bluegrass Lane (Parcel ID 02.15.2.60), 27 Burrwood Drive (Parcel ID 02.15.2.1-1), 1915 Upper Val-ley Road (Parcel ID 02.15.2.40-171), Appletree Lane (Parcel ID 02.15.1.1-16), Ranger Road (Parcel ID 02.15.2.40-63) and 133 Storm Avenue (Parcel ID 02.4.1.9-2). These parcels, due to their lot size, cannot meet adequate separation distances between wells or public water supply lines, and on-lot sewage disposal systems; therefore, all bid-ders must own property adjoining to this parcel for sale and must join this parcel to the adjoining property following acquisition. Bids must be submitted in writing to the Chestnuthill Township Municipal Building (271 Route 715, Brodheads-ville, PA 18322) no later than 9:45 am on September 2, 2024. The bids will be opened and read on September 2, 2024, at 10:00 am. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
