PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Paradise Township has scheduled a Public Hearing at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, Monroe County, Pennsylvania 18326 on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. for consideration of the application of Paul DeLorenzo to appeal the determination of the Zoning Officer, specifically the denial of a zoning permit application to to add PA skills game gambling machines to his property located at 1819 Route 611, Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania, 18344. The property is located in the B-1 zoning district of the Township and is owned by the applicant, Paul DeLorenzo. Copies of the application may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the actual cost of reproduction thereof at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, Cresco, Pennsylvania, during regular business hours.
