PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV-EN THAT THE Tobyhanna Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing at the Tobyhanna Township Municipal Building, 105 Government Center Way, Pocono Pines, PA 18350, on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing the following: APPLICANTS Janeen and Stephen Zemanick of 28 Rampart Drive Chesterbrook, PA 19087 seek a dimensional variance to the minimum 40 feet front yard setback of the R2 Medium Density Residential District. Applicants propose to replace, construct and enlarge an attached open frame porch and outdoor deck effectively reducing a pre-existing non-conforming 34 feet 6 inch front yard building setback to 30 feet from the Gross Drive property line. The property in question is 1122 Redwood Terrace, Lake Naomi, Pocono Pines. The property is improved with an existing single family dwelling. The property bears Tobyhanna Township Tax Code Number 19.5B.1.25, located at the southeast corner of Redwood Terrace and Gross Drive.
