PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of Stroud Township will conduct a Public Hearing at the Stroud Township Municipal Building, 1211 North Fifth Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 6:30 pm to consider the following: ZHB #24-04 Applicant of Hans Schmitt, 305 Edgemont Road, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Mr. Schmidt appeals the Zoning Officer’s Enforcement Notice of June 10, 2024 directed to Willie A. Schmitt and Annemarie Schmitt. The Enforcement Notice alleges violation of Zoning Ordinance §27-1104 and §27-1114, establishing camps and RV parks (SIC 703) without first obtaining a zoning permit. The property in question is 544 Poplar Valley Road West, Monroe County Pin No. 17720900138072. The property is zoned O-1. Any interested party may examine the plans and applications for these appeals during the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Stroud Township Municipal Building on business days.
