NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Stroudsburg will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. at the Borough’s meeting room located on the second floor at 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360. At this meeting, the Board will organize by electing officers including a chair and vice-chair and by electing or appointing a secretary. These officers will serve annual terms as such and may succeed themselves. The Board will also consider appointing a hearing officer from its own membership to conduct a hearing on behalf of the Board for the application submitted by Manuel Perez.
