PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of Coolbaugh Township will conduct two Public Hearings at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal building located at 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 6:30 PM to hear the following applications: The first hearing is to consider an application for a variance from the dimensional standards of the Coolbaugh Township Zoning Code, Chapter 400.14(C), Attachment 2, filed by Lucy O. Stover, the owner of the subject property. The Appellant is seeking relief from the front yard setback standards to install a handicap ramp to enable access to the entrance of an existing dwelling unit. The subject property is identified as 204 Sutton Place, Pocono Summit, Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, Tax Map # 03635501279339 and is located in the R-3 Zoning District. The second hearing is to consider an application for a variance from the dimensional standards of the Coolbaugh Township Zoning Code, Chapter 400.14(C), Attachment 2, filed by Luz Z. Checo, the owner of the subject property. The Applicant is seeking relief to accommodate the subdivision of an existing lot into two lots which will not meet the standards of the Ordinance for lot depth, front yard setback, rear yard setback and maximum lot coverage. The subject property is identified as 2136 Pine Valley Drive, Tobyhanna, Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, Tax ID. #3/7H/1/104 and is located in the R-3 Zoning District. Any interested party may examine the plans and applications for these appeals during the hours of 8:30 A. M.to 4:00 P. M. at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal Building on business days.
